We are working towards a fairer Scotland where diversity is celebrated. We employ 30 staff and have over 40 volunteers who run a number of projects to support minority ethnic communities have a voice

  • Mission statement

    We are working to challenge discrimination, promote good relations between all communities and reduce inequality experienced by minority ethnic, refugee, migrant and asylum seeking communities in Scotland.

    We provide specialist support services to migrant women to support them to make a transition to life in Scotland and learn skills that will allow them economically and socially participate to life in Scotland.

    We work with young Roma people who have migrated to Scotland and help them make positive life choices in their education and employment.

    We support migrants, asylum seekers and refugees build skills through volunteering to open up employment, learning and social opportunities.

    We support women from migrant communities who have experienced and survived domestic abuse by giving advice and support to access services to help them move away from abusive relationships.

    • To reduce inequality and build a culture of human rights
    • To support the integration of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in particular women and young people in Scotland
