  • Mission statement

    Salaam Shalom are a Mulsim-Jewish led charity, dedicated to building bridges between Muslim and Jewish communities and the wider communities that they are part of. Based in Bristol, we use education, media, dialogue and the creative arts to empower people to explore and share their own identities and that of others. Our activities aim to further intercultural understanding, counter prejudices and shape a more tolerant society.

    Salaam Shalom aims to:

    • Build bridges between Muslim and Jewish communities in the UK.
    • Prevent conflict and discrimination between minority communities and the wider communities that they are a part of.
    • Use media and the arts as a tool for positive social change
