  • Mission statement

The mission of the Pan African Book Foundation, is to improve the quality and standard of education for children in African schools and promote the literary works of Africa. We believe that every child is entitled to a decent education and our motto 'knowledge is enlightenment' embodies the thinking that a developed mind can achieve great things, therefore a child who has a good education, allows each child to realise their potential which then would lead to a better quality of life. There is a great rich history and amazing storytellers and stories from Africa which have the potential to enrich the lives of those who are privileged enough to experience them. We have a mission to let the world know of this great history and wonderful experience of African literature.

  • Aims

    Pan-African Book Foundation aims to:

    • To improve the quality of education provided by African rural schools one school at a time. This would allow African children to realise their potential, to have a better quality of life in Africa.
    • To promote the literary works of Africa, to enrich the lives of those who experience the richness of this culture.
