ICIC provides support for victims of the war in Iraq bby helping them to rebuild their communities. Both in Iraq and in the refugee community in the UK.

Founded 2004

  • Mission statement

ICIC provides vital support to Iraqis who have been affected by the ongoing conflict in the region. We grant financial support to those who have been hit hardest by the atrocities, including orphans, the elderly and people with disabilities. We also assist Arabic-speaking refugees in the UK with English classes and integration activities to help them rebuild their lives.
ICIC continues to donate money to community projects in Iraq which include building houses, running orphanages and providing care for people who have sustained physical disabilities during the war. Many communites have been completely destroyed in the years following 2003, and there continues to be a desperate need for financial and practical support to vulnerable individuals in the region.
ICIC believes that every person, no matter what their nationality, deserves the right to live their life free of poverty and hardship. We are committed to reaching out to as many victims of the war as possible, in the hope that they will eventually be able to overcome these obstacles and begin to live lives free of distress and anxiety
