Mission statement
Hopscotch Care provides financial and other support for young people who are in full time residential care or who are leaving a care home. This support can provide education or work training placements, it can also be used to purchase equipment , materials or tools to support a young person making the transition to independent living. It can also support young people in care to provide experiences that they would never normally have the opportunity of trying or going to places they would not have the chance to see whilst in residential care.

Aims
Hopscotch Care Foundation aims to:
- To support young people in full time residential care to make the transition to independent living
- To provide education, training and equipment to support young people in care or leaving care to enable them to get a job, apprenticeship or work placement
- To provide support to enable young people in care to experience opportunities that they would never normally be able to whilst in a residential care home.
