    Our aims are to achieve for people with learning disabilities everything we would want for ourselves by:
    Campaigning for Equal Citizenship for People with learning disabilities
    Promoting the Inclusion of People with learning disabilities in every aspect of Society
    Publishing a specialist magazine Community Living with essential information in accessible language
    Encouraging people to express themselves using the magazine
    Encouraging sharing and partnership to find solutions
    Challenging laws, regulations and old traditional ideas which hamper people from achieving their aspirations and publish more radical ideas being put into practice
    Running events to reach out to people in the field- carers, service users, commissioners, providers and help disseminate ideas, practice and issues
    Developing a network and sponsorships to support and further develop our work and our reach across all area of the UK
    Working in partnership with other like-minded charities and organisations to advance our aims

    C.l. Initiatives Ltd aims to:

    • To relieve the needs of people with learning disabilities for the public benefit by raising awareness and knowledge of relevant currrent issues, research and good practice
    • To promote the inclusion of people with learning disabilities in all aspects of life enabling their contributions for public benefit, through support and their direct involvement as much as possible.
    • To stimulate and enable research, seminars, events including networking events to disseminate issues and radical practice to support people's direct voice and raise awareness for the public benefit
    • To disseminate knowledge of relevant currrent issues, research and good practice concerning people with learning disabilities for the public benefit by reaching out as widely as possible
    • To promote the social inclusion of people with learning disabilities for the public benefit by raising awareness and knowledge of relevant currrent issues, research and good practice
