We are a Christian charity involved in schools work. We assist over 90 primary schools, in London and SE England, by sending workers to help with regular assemblies, RE lessons, or children clubs.

Founded 1987

  • Mission statement

Spinnaker Trust supports primary schools by providing regular opportunities for children to engage with Christianity, and enhance their spiritual and moral education. By building links between schools and local churches, and equipping and releasing local Christians, Spinnaker seeks to demonstrate the Christian faith in a positive way in the school community. Using the school's RE syllabus and collective worship policy, Spinnaker gives quality input into class and whole school activities such as assemblies, to enrich teaching and learning. In some schools Spinnaker also helps run lunch-hour Bible clubs for children whose parents give permission. Our website provides free resources for assemblies, clubs, and lessons on Christian festivals.

  • Aims
